When Gopal Lodha, the owner of the showroom, has filed an appeal in the High Court against the eviction order, one must wait for the High Court order.


Given two days to remove the nexa showroom

The team of desolate squad did not listen to the plea of ​​the employees, but after the appeal of the Nexa showroom management, they were given two days to remove the showroom. Later, the team of the desolate squad returned back unharmed from here. After June 30, the showroom will be evacuated again.


Eviction order was passed in 2019: It is to be known that in the year 2019, the Bokaro Estate Court, after hearing the side of the showroom operator Gopal Lodha, in the month of August, where did the owner of the showroom, without the statutory permission of Bokaro Steel Management, the land where But the showroom is set up. That land was temporarily given by the management for the plying of vehicles, but did not understand the need to ask even once and set up a big showroom on plot number R2.

 Not only this, without completing the legal process, Bokaro Steel also started consuming other facilities including electricity and water. Immediately the showroom operators should vacate the showroom and bring the land to its former condition. There was no relief even from the district court:


On the orders of the Estate Court, the showroom operator was also upheld by the District and Sessions Court Bokaro in March 2021. In this regard, notice was issued on March 12, 2021 itself, asking to vacate the illegal construction, but in view of the serious situation of Kovid in the months of April and May, further action was stopped by the Estate Court for some time. 

After obtaining permission from the district administration when the situation of Kovid improved, the notice for removal of illegal construction before 28 June was re-issued to Hindustan Auto Agency on 23 June, after obtaining permission from the district administration. Teams of estate court and security department reached the spot for action. -Appeals made to the High Court


Amidst all this, on March 18, Hindustan Auto Agency has filed an appeal against the order of the Estate Court in the High Court of Jharkhand, which was heard in the High Court on Monday. After the hearing, the High Court order has been reserved. On July 2, information has been received from the court to be listed for order. Further action will be taken as per the order of the High Court.
