Two criminals planning to kidnap Harsh Raj, the 20-year-old grandson of former MLA from Mandu area of ​​Ramgarh district Khiru Mahto, were arrested by the police on Thursday night with weapons. The police have arrested Kailash, a resident of Bihari Mahto Kedla Basti and a resident of Jamira of Rajrappa police station area in the case.

The police had received information that a kidnapping strategy was being made at Kailash's house itself. During the raid, the police also recovered a pistol from the accused Kailash. Harsh Raj is also a CCL employee.

It was told that former MLA Khiru Mahto had informed the police that a conspiracy was being hatched to kidnap his grandson for ransom.
