Bokaro: Shopkeepers doing illegal sale of betel masala were accused, raided

                        

Bokaro: In the Sadar Bazar of Chas Municipal Corporation of Bokaro district, the SDO raided against gutka and polythene, during which the Chas SDO clearly instructed the shopkeepers that strict action would be taken against keeping gutka, pan masala and banned polythene.

Let us inform that in the Sadar Bazar of Chas Municipal Corporation of Bokaro district, raids were conducted under the leadership of Sub Divisional Officer Dilip Pratap Singh Shekhawat against the shopkeepers doing illegal sale of pan masala. During the raid, Food Safety Officer Apoorva Minj, raiding member Mo Aslam, along with Municipal Corporation officials were present.

Many shops were raided under the leadership of Chas SDO and many banned polythene bags were recovered. At the same time, shopkeepers were given clear instructions regarding pan masala, gutkha that if banned items were kept, then strict action would be taken against the shopkeepers.

Chas SDO said that the government has banned such things. In such a situation, even after being told repeatedly, if the shopkeepers do not understand, then strict action will be taken against them.

Let us tell you that these days the banned gutkha, spice is being sold in the markets of Bokaro, due to which the district administration was getting complaints from the common people again and again. In this sequence, this raid was conducted.
