Jharkhand cabinet approves 24 proposals: Now government employees in the state will get HRA on the lines of the center, the government has given green signal

 

In Jharkhand also, the House Rent Allowance (HRA) of government employees will be available on the lines of the employees of the center. Its decision was taken in the cabinet meeting held on Tuesday. Accordingly, the rate of house rent allowance will be increased to 27 percent, 18 percent and 9 percent. The enhanced HRA will be effective from July 1, 2021.

It has been fixed according to the cities. Cities are divided into three categories, named X, Y, Z. The house rent allowance (HRA) has been increased by 27 percent, 18 percent and 9 percent according to the city. A total of 24 proposals have been approved in the cabinet meeting.

Approval given to change the rules for Bhagyavati Chanu

The proposal for appointment of archer Bhagyavati Chanu in Group B was approved by relaxing the rules in Jharkhand Player Direct Recruitment Scheme. For Bhagyavati Chanu, the rules have been relaxed in both educational and age categories. It is to be known that the CM appointment letter has been given to Chanu on August 3.

Open University will open in Ranchi

The cabinet has also approved the proposal to set up an open university in the state. This university will open in Ranchi. The rules for contractual appointment of professors and associate professors in government medical colleges have been approved. Along with this, the policy of One District One Product was approved to encourage food processing in the state. Children will now be given eggs for six days in Anganwadi centers.
