Spain: Flood havoc, cars washed away in the sea, many houses damaged

                             

Floods triggered by heavy rains lashed the city of Alcanar in north-eastern Spain, causing major damage to several homes and business establishments on Thursday. Due to heavy rains, the roads took the form of rivers and many vehicles were washed away and reached the sea.
