A case of violation of Durga Puja guidelines has come to light in Bokaro. Dandiya and Garba were being organized in the Milan Mandap Hall located in Sector-4. On this information, SDO Dilip Pratap Singh Shekhawat raided the Milan Mandap hall. When the information was found correct, the hall was sealed and the pavilion operator was taken into custody.

AKB NEWS (Bokaro): Government guidelines are being violated continuously in Bokaro. Regarding this, Chas Sub-Divisional Officer Dilip Pratap Singh Shekhawat raided the Milan Mandap located in Sector 4 on the information of Dandiya and Garba. During the raid, a large number of women were found doing dandiya and garba in the pavilion. After this, the Chas Sub-Divisional Officer sealed the pavilion. After sealing, the operator of the pavilion has been taken into custody. The operator of Milan Mandap has been released after making a bond in Sector 4 police station.

In this regard, Chas SDO Dilip Pratap Singh Shekhawat told that he had received information that a program of Garba and Dandiya has been organized by Unnati Foundation in Milan Mandap. When we reached the spot on this information, the information was found correct. After that the operator has been taken into custody while sealing the pavilion.

He told that the organizers of Unnati Foundation are also being contacted. They will also be interrogated. Chas SDO said that such programs have been banned by the government to prevent corona infection.

But, it is our duty not to run such programs. People should take care of their family members and children. He said that by conducting these raids, work has been done to give a message in the entire district, action will be taken against those who make such disturbances.
