AKB NEWS: Bokaro: The Central Industrial Security Force (CISF) on Saturday apprehended a youth with junk copper at Bokaro Steel Plant. The arrested youth has been identified as 39-year-old Anoop Lohra. He is a resident of Sector 1C Vikas Nagar of the City Police Station area. Anoop Lohra was trying to extract 28 kg of scrap copper of BSL from the plant near ECL number-3 located at B company of the plant at around 7.15 am on Saturday.

Then the sub-inspector Dilip Kumar Dhar and constable Pitar Kumar, who were on duty, caught him red-handed. After preliminary interrogation, the CISF team handed over the said accused to the City Police Station. The value of the recovered goods is said to be around Rs 16 thousand eight hundred.

It is said that DIG Saugata Rai has instructed all the company and zonal commanders to conduct special operations regarding zero crime graphs in the plant. Under this, the CISF team patrolling in sensitive areas in plain clothes is keeping an eye on suspicious people.
