Cabinet seal in Jharkhand, black fungus epidemic declared; Nadal center made of rims

 The Jharkhand government has declared black fungus as an epidemic. The cabinet approved it on Tuesday. Now the state government will have to keep a complete account of the patients of black fungus like Kareena. In view of the increasing cases of black fungus, 14 states have already declared it a pandemic.

Jharkhand is the 15th state to do so. So far 82 patients of black fungus have been confirmed in Jharkhand. There are 54 suspected patients here and 26 people have lost their lives due to this. This disease especially affects people who have diabetes.

Keep track of patients and medications

Once a pandemic is declared, the government will have to track every case, death and drug of the black fungus. Like the corona epidemic, hospitals will also have to send the data of patients to the government. Apart from this, the guidelines of the Central Government and ICMR will also have to be followed.

In any hospital in the state where patients of black fungus will be treated, the protocol of RIMS will have to be followed. Patients will be admitted to RIMS only in special circumstances. RIMS will also decide the guidelines, patients will have to follow it. The committee can also make suggestions to the government. The Nadal Center of Reims has been established for the treatment of black fungus. RIMS Center of Excellence has been established for better treatment of black fungus patients.
