Most deaths: 22% of those who died of corona were victims of happy hypoxia, that is, the oxygen level continued to decrease without symptoms

 

Three districts of Jharkhand Ranchi, East Singhbhum and Dhanbad have the highest number of deaths due to corona. Including these three districts, Corona put 3010 people to sleep. It made the most victims of diabetes patients. In these three districts, 33% of those who died of corona were diabetic patients. 22% of the patients lost their lives under the illusion that they did not have corona at all.

This is called happy hypoxia. According to doctors, such understanding was found in most of the youth. When his oxygen level suddenly dropped, it was found that lung infection had brought him to the verge of death. He did not have any disease before. 22 percent died of lung infection. 15% of the people were already heart and kidney patients. Seven percent were suffering from cancer, BP and obesity.

424 patients died in 24 hours of admission

In Bhaskar's audit, it was found that 424 corona patients admitted in the hospitals of the three districts died within 24 hours. Whereas 34% of the patients died after 72 hours. 51% of patients died between 48 hours and 72 hours. In East Singhbhum, 50% of the patients have died within 48 hours. After this, 39% of the patients died in Ranchi within 48 hours. The percentage of deaths in private and government hospitals stood at 56 and 44, respectively.

86% of the patients died due to reaching the hospital in critical condition.

In all the three district hospitals, 86% of the patients died due to comorbidities. The maximum 90% of such patients reached East Singhbhum. Whereas in these three districts, 11% of such patients who had reached a less serious or normal condition, and their health gradually deteriorated.

What is Happy Hypoxia

The Kovid patient does not realize that when he got into the grip of this disease. There are no symptoms in the beginning. Happy hypoxia is a condition when there is less oxygen in the patient's blood. Falls down to 30 to 50% or more, but the victim is not even aware of it. By then 70 to 80% of the lungs have been infected.

Expert- Some of the patients who died in the second wave did not even come to the hospital earlier

In the second wave, about 650 patients died in RIMS. Of these, 25 percent were those who did not already have any disease. After being admitted to the hospital, history related to the disease was taken from the patient and his family members. Some patients had never even come to show the hospital before.
