MoU between JSCA and BSL for International Cricket Stadium in Bokaro on June 25, will have a capacity of 40 thousand spectators

 JSCA and BSL will sign an agreement on 25 June 2021 for the construction of an international cricket stadium in Bokaro, Jharkhand. All its preparations have been completed. JSCA Secretary Sanjay Sahai gave this information on Thursday. After this agreement, the process of construction of International Cricket Stadium in Bokaro will be expedited.

JSCA Secretary Sanjay Sahai said that the construction of the proposed stadium will not only meet the growing needs of the players of the state and district, but will also make Bokaro a distinct identity on the sports map of the world. It is to be known that on May 30, a joint team of JSCA, Bokaro MLA Biranchi Narayan and senior officials of BSL also inspected the site of the proposed stadium in Ballidih.

After the proposed site inspection, a meeting was also held with BSL's in-charge director Amarendu Prakash at the Bokaro residence. In the meeting, a copy of the terms and conditions related to the transfer of proposed land was handed over to the officials of JSCA. JSCA officials have reached Bokaro for MoU.

Let us inform that the matter of allotment of land for the construction of International Cricket Stadium in Bokaro is going on since the year 2016. According to the stadium in Ranchi, the proposed international cricket stadium in Bokaro will have a capacity of 40 thousand spectators. Jharkhand will have the third international cricket stadium in the state after Bokaro in Ranchi and Jamshedpur.

Certain conditions were also laid for the proposed international cricket stadium in Bokaro. Under this, it was said that the name of the cricket stadium should be named after the cell. On the other hand, the officials and employees of BSL got the match done near the match, BSL should also get a share of the earnings in the match and people should also get facilities in this stadium.
