After this the British Columbia Department of Forensic Medicine saw a significant increase in deaths. Usually 130 deaths are recorded in four days. From Friday to Monday, 233 deaths were reported. On the other hand, Jacobabad in Sindh province of Pakistan recorded a maximum temperature of 49 degrees on June 29.

Public transportation has had to be stopped in Portland.
