Chief Minister Hemant Soren said that Jharkhand owes Rs 56 thousand crore to Call India. This amount is for the rent of the land which the state government has given to Coal India for coal mining. The Chief Minister said these things during a meeting with Coal India Chairman Pramed Aggarwal at Project Bhawan on Friday. The Chief Minister said that CCL should plant trees on a large scale in the areas where coal mining is taking place. Work should also be done in the field of health.


So CCL should operate the super specialty hospital. He also expressed concern over the slow progress of rehabilitation work in Jharia. Asked to expedite this work. Chairman said - solve the problem of land

The Chairman of Call India, during a conversation with the Chief Minister, said that the problem of land in the Rajmahal project of ECL should be resolved. Demanded to extend the period of land verification, forest lease and CTO of CCL at least three years.
