Active cases in Kerala 1.64 lakh

At present, Kerala is most affected by Corona, where more than 20 thousand cases are being registered continuously for five days. On Saturday, 20,624 cases were registered here. Here 80 people died of corona infection, while 16,865 people defeated the disease. The number of active cases in Kerala now stands at 1,64,500. In view of the increasing cases in Kerala, this time a complete weekend lockdown has been kept. Only shops of essential commodities have been exempted.

There is partial lockdown in 23 states and union territories of the country. There are exemptions along with restrictions here. These include Chhattisgarh, Karnataka, Kerala, Bihar, Delhi, Maharashtra, Rajasthan, Uttar Pradesh, Madhya Pradesh, Haryana, Punjab, Jammu and Kashmir, Ladakh, Uttarakhand, Arunachal Pradesh, Sikkim, Meghalaya, Nagaland, Assam, Manipur, Tripura, Andhra Pradesh and Gujarat is included.

Major states

1. Kerala

On Saturday, 20,624 people were found infected here. 16,685 people were cured and 80 people died. So far 33.90 lakh people have come under the grip of infection. Of these, 32.08 lakh people have been cured, while 16,782 people have died. Presently 1.64 lakh patients are being treated.

2 . Uttar Pradesh

At present, the data for Saturday of Uttar Pradesh has not been updated on covid19.org. A day earlier on Friday, 37 people were found infected. During this 91 people were cured and 4 also died. So far, more than 17.08 lakh people have been infected in the state. Of these, 16.84 lakh have been cured, while 22,756 patients have died. 729 patients are being treated here.

3. Gujarat

On Saturday, 27 people were found corona positive in the state. During this, 35 people also got cured. So far, about 8.24 lakh people have come under the grip of infection. Of these, 8.14 lakh people have been cured, while 10,076 patients have died. Treatment of 252 infected is going on here.

4. Delhi

58 people were found corona positive in Delhi on Saturday. During this 56 people were cured and 1 died. So far 14.36 lakh people have come under the grip of infection. Of these, 14.10 lakh people have been cured, while 25,052 patients have died. 581 patients are being treated here.

5. Maharashtra

On Saturday, 6,959 people were found infected here. 7,431 people were cured and 225 people died. So far 63.03 lakh people have come under the grip of infection. Of these, 60.90 lakh people have been cured, while 1.32 lakh people have died. At present, 76,755 patients are undergoing treatment.

6. Rajasthan

Here on Saturday 17 people were found corona infected. During this, 22 people were cured while 1 died. So far 9.53 lakh people have come under the grip of infection in the state. Of these, 9.44 lakh people have been cured, while 8,954 patients have died. Presently 248 patients are undergoing treatment.

7. Madhya Pradesh

22 new cases were reported here on Saturday and 21 people were also cured. So far 7.91 lakh people have come under the grip of infection in the state. Of these, 7.81 lakh people have been cured, while 10,513 people died. 122 patients are currently undergoing treatment.
