Chief Minister Hemant Soren has said that many policies are being made to speed up development in Jharkhand. Some of the earlier policies are being amended. In this sequence, Jharkhand Industrial and Investment Promotion Policy - 2021 has been implemented. In order to speed up the process of appointment, the process of formation and amendment of various recruitment and examination conduct rules has been taken on priority basis.

Now only those candidates will be able to appear in the examination for appointment to the posts of class-3 in the state, who have passed the 10th or 12th examination from a recognized educational institution of Jharkhand. This provision has been relaxed in the case of candidates covered by the reservation policy of Jharkhand. Birsa Village Development Scheme and Krishak Pathshala will start

Chief Minister Hemant Soren said that Integrated Birsa Village Development Scheme and Krishak Pathshala will be started in Jharkhand. Here, while developing the capacity of the local farmers, methods of increasing their income will be taught. They will be made job-oriented by making them skilled in agriculture, animal husbandry, fisheries and swine. Through this, efforts will be made to increase the income of the farmers.

 Those people who are not associated with agricultural work, they will be made aware of the development of technology in the field of agriculture by taking a visit to Krishak Pathshala. Farmers will be made employment oriented by making them skilled in agriculture, animal husbandry, fisheries and pig farming.
