In a meeting held in New Delhi under the chairmanship of NCL CMD PK Sinha, it was agreed to give a bonus of Rs 72,500 under PLR on the annual bonus to the call workers on the occasion of Durga Puja. The payment of bonus will be credited to the accounts of the employees of the Standardization Committee before October 11. This amount is Rs 4,000 more than the previous year. 68500 rupees were received last year.

It was told by Coal India that the company's profit has decreased by 33 percent compared to last year. Hence, demand for higher bonus will not be good for the financial health of the company.
