Arbitrarily managing with laborers
Bokaro: The meeting of the Trade Union United Front was held at Sector-3 AITUC office on Sunday. In this, the arbitrary and anti-labour move of the SAIL management was criticized.
The leaders of the United Front said that the management has become frustrated seeing the unity of the workers. The management is doing arbitrariness against the workers who build, run the plant and earn huge profits for the sale. The management is moving ahead with its arbitrariness, pushing the Maharatna company SAIL back.
The workers will give a befitting reply to every arbitrariness of the management by making the June 30 strike successful. Workers will not compromise with their self-respect. 35 percent variable perk, nine percent pension fund, full arrears from January 1, 2017, appropriate increase in the wages of contract laborers, jobs will have to be given to the dependents of laborers and contract laborers who died from Corona.
Gratuity has to be kept ceiling free. The charge seat and suspension order of Bokaro Bhilai workers will have to be withdrawn unconditionally. According to the pre-determined program, tomorrow on June 28, the workers will celebrate Black Day by wearing black badges and will demonstrate in front of the ED (Works) office at one o'clock in the day.
The meeting was mainly attended by Ramshray Prasad Singh of AITUC, BD Prasad of CITU, Rajendra Singh of HMS, Vinod Kumar of BMS, RK Verma of Bokaro Karmachari Panchayat.
